Wood
- Cedar Privacy Fence The default for privacy in this climate and the largest share of the work. How long it lasts comes down to the posts, not the pickets.
- Treated Pine Structure first. Common for rails and posts, and for fence where function matters more than appearance. It moves more than cedar, and we will tell you where that matters.
- Custom Wood Decks Pool decking, backyard decks, and the railing that goes with them, most often built alongside fence work by the same crew.
Metal
- Chain Link Containment and almost no maintenance. It does not rot, warp, or need sealing, and the fabric is only as good as the posts and the top rail.
- Aluminum Does not corrode in this humidity, which is why it belongs around pools and on front yards. It defines a boundary rather than securing one.
- Wrought Iron Fencing Considerably stronger than aluminum, and the right call where a perimeter needs to actually resist something.
Built for a Purpose
- Automatic Driveway Gates Built to match the fence and the property instead of bolted on afterward. Operators, keypads, remotes, and intercom entry.
- Pool Fence Built to code, with self-closing and self-latching hardware, in aluminum, ornamental, or wood.
